Christopher Ladabouche

Massachusetts
Another lifetime
New Englander, Chris Ladabouche brings his financial
expertise and extensive networking capabilities to The
NewEnglandNorth Group where he is managing the Massachusetts
operations and providing value-added services for the
region's extensive mid-market business community.
Chris has both a B.A. (St. Michael's College) and MBA.
He is a licensed CPA in both Vermont, and Massachusetts,
where in 2001 he acquired a consulting and accounting
practice in Woburn, Mass. He has been involved in corporate
mergers and acquisitions in one form or another for
over 12 years.
Prior to his acquisition, in which he retains absentee
ownership, Chris worked in the corporate world as a
Controller/Assistant Treasurer of Carris Reels, Inc.,
a nationwide leader in the manufacturing of wooden,
plastic and metal reels for the wire and cable industry.
In addition, the company owns several subsidiaries,
employing over 2,000 workers in ten states. His specific
duties included managing the merger and acquisition
team, implementation of an ESOP, development and implementation
of inventory control and manufacturing process systems.
Chris also was Chief Financial Officer of the John A.
Russell Corp., a full service design-build and specialty
construction services firm. The company employed over
300 employees and provided construction and design services
nationwide.
When he left the corporate ranks, he merged a private
consulting business practice into his accounting firm,
where he focused on tax accounting and also helping
buyers of businesses by preparing business plans. He
utilized his vast network of professional contacts to
secure financing.
Chris and is wife Caitlin, along with their daughter
Conley, live just north of Boston. Their hobbies and
interests include, golfing, fishing and spending quiet
family time together.
